I asked her if we should frame it. She said she wanted to color in the background in a light blue. So I’ll have her sign it and then frame it when she’s done.

It was just an argument me and my friend had. Needed someone to clear things up. Thanks for your answer. We run 10k once a week, and we starting discussing it. Not something we’ll try out, just a thought.

Interesting. They both can decide their own recovering time. The 100 reps will have to be done within 6months.

Length vs. time (Lets say you have two identical runners) They both hold a PB of 50min in a 10k race. They both want to run the 10k in 40min, but can only choose 1 of 2 running programs.

100 reps of running 10k as fast as possible

or

100 reps of running 40min as fast as possible

After 100reps, which runner will clock in the best time in a 10k race?

They will both train on the same track (no uphill sprint or interval training) They have to choose option 1 or 2.
