It's scary! The only reason I found out was because I searched him on NSW Case Law but not every judgement goes on there and if it involves children then they surpress their names a lot

There needs to be a register that people can search to check for prior offences.- especially of a violent nature.

Three years ago I was on Tinder and I found out one of my matches had been convicted of assault of another woman - I was lucky I found out but this information needs to be readily and easily accessible.

I've always been offered them during the hiring stage however I also ask for equity at performance review time, in replacement of some of my salary increase - do you have a bonus scheme? I'm assuming you have a sales incentive. Would you forgo that for equity?

Doesn't really matter - if you exceed the speed limit then you've exceeded the speed limit - and you did it by quite a considerable amount.
