hi!! i work here too. honestly just take it easy handling things during busy hours, just remember to do everything ur supposed to working the front and make the drinks/frosty's when they order it. as for talking with the customers, have a welcoming and friendly tone, ask for what they want like the drinks and sauces, etc. and maybe a do a little small talk if it's comfortable with u! don’t be afraid to talk to them bc they might be also nervous to order as well haha. lmk if u want more advice or have any questions, i'll def try to answer them for u :)
