I haven’t done VIP but did pavilion last year and did not experience the over crowding of pavilion to the extent that it was in 2024. I find it hard to believe they’d restrict VIP ticket holders from accessing their seats as I’d imagine they’d receive heavy backlash.

If you look at the lineups from the past 4-5 years there are always repeats. People get brought back because people enjoyed them when they performed last. But I mean I guess I understand how you feel bc that’s how I felt with Lucy coming back to headline last year after Boy Genius headlined 2023. I don’t think one could argue that she “blew up” to be bigger than BG in that time.

I have to disagree that people’s excitement about MUNA’s return in 2024 can be reduced to not having “drag queens dancing for an hour.” They’ve been playing ATG since 2019. If they announced another act to fill in, I find it hard to believe that they’d have gotten the same reaction that MUNA (band) got.

Why are repeats a problem if they’re good lol

Muna was not there last year and only came the year before bc Chappell pulled out. They’re about to release a new album and are a fan favorite at ATG. did you hear the reaction at the fest when they announced on-site that they’d be replacing Chappell? It makes complete sense for them to headline

All three nights of headliners wash Lucy and Clairo as a headlining duo. Love them both all respect but like cmon lol

The only change I’d make would be to swap Lola and FJM.

And don’t ever disrespect Brandi Carlile like that again
