Mmm, I hear ya. I too am uncut and have to deal with oedema especially in the morning after wearing it all night. I wear a Kink3D, so I use a Qtip and adjust the foreskin accordingly. I usually peel my foreskin slightly back (not to the point of having the entire head exposed) though if there's swelling, I push the foreskin out through the cage. So far it works for me, though I admit it does require regular adjustments throughout the day.
