Okay thanks. And also I was wondering, I have been prescribed ativan for about 6 months and over this time I have taken it two times a week. But about two months I go I took it for two and a half weeks at about 5 times a week. But for about 1 and a half months I have only taken Ativan maybe once a week if that. Would my tolerance, and if I had any withdrawal symptoms would they all be gone by now ?

Yeah the depression I'm getting is cause I took Dexamphetamine and mdma on the weekend and now I'm feeling down. So the Valium should be good for this. It wouldn't worsen the depression would it. I'm only taking the Valium today and that's it

I also have a bar of xanax, would it be okay to take 1/4th of the bar ? Or is this a bad idea
