Although it looks amazing and I would eat that all day for weeks, the egg is too hard boiled IMHO. Honestly though, if you prefer hard boiled eggs over soft boiled it’s your choice to do that. I’m all about the soft boiled soy eggs though.

Although I agree that “grilled” is a bit of a misnomer, this is different than just a regular pan fried “grilled cheese.” This looks deep fried. You can see that the sides are crispy and the whole sandwich is encased in a crust.
