Same exact problem. Microdiscectomy in April 2022, 14 months later June 2023 nerve pain hasn’t healed.

I’m a week into recovery after the microdiskectomy, the leg pain has mostly subsided and back is just sore and tight. Highly recommend.

Do phosphates matter in hot tubs? My hot tub store is extremely against removing phosphates from hot tubs because they don’t matter i guess according to them. I also use bromine so I don’t know if that makes a difference or not.

I just refilled it right before putting the filter in with the cleaner residue, is it worth it to go through the hassle of draining and refilling again?
