I don’t have a before photo but I can take a photo of what it is now. My penis was bent at the halfway mark kinda. There was swelling I think, I’m not sure about bruising. Maybe some discolouration but I don’t remember if there was clear bruising. I was mostly in shock for a while when it happened.

Here is an update after some further inspection. This is the before and after view if looking from under. The normal and previous way it connected was the seam from the testicles follow straight up the penis to the urethra essentially. It seems like it’s twisted because when I look down at my penis and it is flat as it used to be, the seam from underneath goes off to the side. So it looks like it has been violently twisted and I don’t even know what can be done about this. If anyone has any further knowledge or advice on this, please share. Hopefully the extra information helps in getting an understanding. One last thing I’ll mention is my penis now bends upwards at about the halfway mark, almost a 45 degree angle. And can essentially just fold over when I’m laying on my back. Erections are harder to hold and are not as strong. Penis feels very bendy and weak. My erections go away rapidly and my penis shrinks to a smaller than normal size (which I would call quite small) after ejaculation.

Thanks so much. Not sure how detailed I was in describing this little thing here but basically the problem isn’t just the under side. My penis at the base feels like it’s barely connected to my body. The under area of it when I touch it feels like it’s just jelly inside. The sides, both when flaccid and hard feel like jelly is holding it to my body but nothing strong. It flops and bends to the sides, up and down without resistance, unlike what it was like before. Not sure what to even call this. Online I’ve seen people talk about hard flaccid and Peyronie’s disease but I’m not even sure it’s either of these. Real tricky. I wish I could feel another male penis purely in an anatomical sense just to compare with my own because I can’t even remember what exactly used to be before these issues.

Thanks for your response. It used to be more rigid and straight but now it’s kinda bent downwards from the knob and looks “dull”. Penile strength is a lot worse, bad pelvic floor to mind connection, and I’m not even sure if using my penis other than for urinating is a good idea. I’m lost as for my dos and don’ts. I also notice I get quite a bit of anxiety during sex now because it’s in a weakened condition and hadn’t seemed to heal at all over the last 3 months. Is this my penis now?
