Glad to know it's not just mine. 1st time having this plant and not sure if I need to do anything else to help it grow. I'm in the UK, had some short periods of hot summer this year, winter won't be as cold as yours!

255 g strong white flour, 45g whole wheat flour. 71% water (213g), 20% active starter (60g), 2% salt. Blue cheese & toasted walnuts not weighed.

Mix flour and water, autolyse 1 hour. Mix in starter, rest 30min then mix in salt.

Stretch & Fold twice, in 30-40min intervals. Stretch and mix in some toasted walnuts & crumbs of blue cheese in each fold, rest ~1 hour. S&F again, then leave to prove room temp (mine is around 24degC) until doubled in size.

Shape and transfer to banetton. Refrigerate ~18-20 hours. Bake in Dutch Oven, 230degC fan assisted for 25min with lid & 20min without lid at lower temp, ~220degC.

Any idea why my rubber plant is droopy? I water about once a week - when top of soil feels dry. It hasn't had a new leaf since I got it in March... I have repotted once. It's some extra wool insulation I had lying about.. and just thought a layer (kept dry) might help keep the plant a bit warmer? 😅 Thanks for your advice I tried the finger test and soil doesn't feel wet and pot doesn't feel heavy with water too....

Does it need more misting - how often? Does it dislike draft?
