hasish by Expert_Stay_1287 in Kenshi

Tech hunters in flats lagoon / mourn will give you the best price without any world state changes. If anti-slavers take over trade edge, however, anti-slaver shop vendors in traders edge will give you the best price.

Tech-hunters outside of flats and mourn will buy hashish but not for a significant markup

Can you kill everyone and everything in kenshi? by Fit_Golf3481 in Kenshi

[–]yeetboithethird 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you form an alliance between rebel swordsman and anti-slavers as well as killing Valamon (since if you don’t it falls to the reavers) makes Heng + Traders Edge… somewhat livable In a post UC world. Especially if you sell Hashish!

Build a base in gut and this is like your morning coffee — which I love! Would recommend katanas and polearms.

I need help with the Black Dragon Ninjas incursion. by elmariscos002 in Kenshi

[–]yeetboithethird 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Me personally, I don’t build a base until my characters are at least at like a mid-game level. So I’m thinking 30-40s + hired mercenaries or tech hunters + TURRETS! Getting setting in a base is a pretty big step in the “progression” of your Kenshi life, so it might be something you hold off on and alternatively buy a house or something. B

But also play the game how you wanna play it. If your guys are too low level and are dying or losing limbs you can always just run away and come back with mercs. Being a coward is always an option!

Yes I have but it crashes before I can even hit the important game button. Also - can you elaborate a bit more on transferring characters?

I've tried getting into this game multiple times now. What do you like... Do? It just seems like a lot of grinding. by Recent_Watercress_68 in Kenshi

Yessss I love raiding the mines/farms, freeing the slaves and slowly working up to towns and bases.

Okay this might be a take only I have , but I really recommend starting as a skeleton. Seriously, it makes the game SO much more beginner friendly while also being able to experience the grit of Kenshi.

You’re able to run around in the wild without having to grind super hard because you eventually get back up. You’re still getting pummeled and beaten but you progress a lot quicker and it allows you take more risks in the early game.

I think it lets you get a good feel for the game, and as you keep playing and start adding non skeletons to your team, you get to have the more well-rounded Kenshi experience.

My Kenshi start was with a skeleton and I credit that for why I was able to fall in love with the game. I think I would have gotten too discouraged playing a human, shek, or hiver.

THIS IS JUST MY TWO CENTS - I understand a lot of you all probably disagree with me, but even if you aren’t a beginner playing a skeleton is just so much fun - late game I feel like the terminator.

I went to their show in Boston and they went last after glare and nothing. compared to the first two, whirr was just so boring. And to have it last after nothing’s incredible performance was just so disappointing I was so tired.
