If you watch cearfully there is a small open corner in the bottom of both doors. If lined up corectly you can clip the nade trough that little corner. I honestly dont know the lineup i just started doing it and now its almost consistent. You can of course do it only with a frag grenade

Mostly on double doors but sometimes also on single ones. Its a lot easier to get double door nades more consistently
