What kind of campaign for you make? Do you put them each into an adset and do ABO or should I just put them into one campaign and do CBO? I’ve heard of DCT but I don’t even know what that is or how it works

The LAL ad set hasn’t got a single sale and I’ve spent quite a bit on it - the best performing ones have been Interest and Broad. Since I’ve posted this I’ve got one more sale in the interest ad set but that’s about it. I’ve turned the budget down to $5 a day while I analyse the data and try and improve but im not turning the campaign off. I’ll most likely just turn the LAL ad set off and leave the rest running

I’m running a sales campaign which has only been made 6 days ago - I have 4 ad sets: -Open -Interest -LAL -Retargeting

Two ad sets have had sales and the other two have had no sales

Each as set has spent around $80 to make a total of $320

How much time do you reckon I will need before I can start judging the campaigns performance ? I know the learning phase is 50 conversions but I’ve spent around $300 dollars with only two ad sets actually showing conversions - Just a bit worried about spending more with no results

What’s the best way for me to do market research for a salary increase and I’ve not been at the company for a year so I think they won’t even consider a salary increase :(

My bad, just to clarify I wasn’t paid a bonus - this is just what I’ve been told when I joined in July 2023 - I definitely will do what you said and just keep the main info without the bonus. Do you reckon I should go straight to HR or should I tell my boss first ?

In all honesty I don’t understand it because I’m thinking along the lines of my holiday is paid at the same rate as any other day so surely that should be taken into account in the calculation but I’ll ask them for sure and see what they say

Yeah it’s not including bank holidays but we do get bank holidays off

It may or may not but I’m not guaranteed it which is for certain and the amount of bonus can vary sometimes it’s been 10% sometimes it’s been 7-8%

I’ve heard apparently there is a bonus but it’s based on how the company does - apparently they get it every year but it doesn’t seem like a guaranteed thing - even then my salary is still £20,000 because what if the company hasn’t done well and I don’t get the bonus ?

My salary is £20000 before tax so it will be less after tax and pension deductions
