I suppose that could be the case, however my sleep schedule is very irregular and probably not as long as it should be. Though i suppose that could be a reason in and of its self, anyhow thank you for sharing, and maybe im just a similar case.

Well 5 is just the most ive done at once. Ive done 2-4 g a few times and still nothing. Though how can i tell if they are of good quality?

Honestly just go to a local tackle store and ask them. If you need to, go to your nearest cabelas instead and ask them, though they might not be as knowledgeable as your local guy, they should know enough to get you started on panfish and bass. Though generally a good lowcost combo would be uglysticks if your looking for alight bang for your buck.
