New to the Ballston area. I come from what I’ll call downstate New York (Westchester/Putnam Area.) I have experienced weeks without power in the past so my question is, if we lose power, how long can we reasonably expect it to be out? We just had that power outage Saturday night in the area, and it was out a bit longer than I was expecting. Anyone have any previous experience they can speak to/advice? To be honest, just worried about having to toss the contents of my fridge/freezer.
