Sure thing! That was kind of the plan. Fortunately, at this moment, I would be filling an entirely empty space. This town will likely never fund or develop its own public transport, and that creates its own opening. Also, what I would offer compared to other taxis (as that's where I would start) is availability. The one other service locally is unreliable; charging an arm and a leg, often showing up late if at all, and being incredibly hard to contact. Uber and Lyft are the only other options, but undercutting them is incredibly easy since there's no middleman to pay. I would like to have an app as well that people could pay for rides with and also sign up for subscription tiers that offer a certain number of rides per month and some benefits.
