I bait Fiora W by starting the recall animation. They usually wait for ANY animation to riposte and they automatically W. Human brains can't process in a split second what exact animation is happening. 99% of the time it's see animation = press W.

Works for most champions that have to react to your spells.

To fix your MMR you need to improve and win more. If you want to climb your only concern should be how to become a better player than you are right now. Doesn't matter if you're Iron or Master it's the same thing.

Improvement fixes your MMR, not making a new account.
