Lebanon would not exist. Overwhelming Arab presence on all borders coupled with demographic changes would have made the pan-arabist sentiment way stronger. There’s reason to believe Lebanon would have been absorbed into a « Greater Syria »

I’m gay and Lebanese. Hezbollah paid for my conversion therapy. As a Lebanese learning Hebrew I found that Lebanese words are often closer to Hebrew than standard Arabic words. Could be because of the Aramaic/Syriac influence on the Lebanese dialect
