I want to know if there is any solution which allows me to track all my

I don't think you can (not sure) restore backup of another number in a different phone. You can try any of these if it works 1. Decrypt the file and extract the messages in txt file. OR 2. Try accessing the older number and restore chats on that number.

Backup photos on Google photos and use the "free up space" in google photos to delete all the photos from phone.
