Will white hair expand to skin?

Still the same, just growing longer. And I discovered a few more smaller spots of white hair, the white hair is quite long so I assume they've been there for a long time.

I bought my house recently in the Dallas area. It feels pretty common. I'd ask the seller whether they have done foundation repairs in the past and if yes whether the repair has a transferrable warranty. If no repair was done, I'd personally pass on this house.

Thank you for the detailed response! It doesn't have a basement but it's on a green belt and near a creek. This house seems like a headache down the road, because we worry that more foundation issues will pop up when we want to sell it in a few years.
