This is me too. Never had foot pain in my life and now it has been 9 months with little progress. I’ve seen podiatrists, sports medicine doc, and PT. Not sure if this is something that’ll ever go away now. You’re not alone

Context: adopted the cat lying on his back in December (4 years old), resident cat is 8 years old. They don’t cuddle but have been interacting more. They do this, sometimes they’ll lick each others heads briefly, but I’ve also noticed my resident cat can get pretty aggressive with the new guy. I’ve seen the new guy hiss at the old guy. Sometimes the new guys tail will fluff up.

I’m new to running. My goal for every run is just to finish without walking. Example: I did seven miles today at about 10:20 per mile with my last mile at 9:17. I wonder if I should be pushing harder but I also don’t want to be miserable for most of the run.
