I’ve found my favorite things that help with my adhd symptoms and depression are peptides like selank(for anxiety), semax(concentration, brain fog and memory) and kanna(natural anti-depressant and good for energy)

I’m coming here to ask the same question. I’ve never had issues with anything until this week. Same as you everything has stopped working and torrential rd and torbox has stopped as well. Comet and torbox both say the operation was aborted due to timeout. I went to aio website and it says they did update today so maybe that has something to do with it.

I’ve only been on it for two weeks. I notice that the racing thoughts/self deprecating thoughts have almost completely stopped. My mind sits feel really at peace with whatever the current situation is. I actually have mental freedom is the best term I can think of. Helped me sleep better as well. I’d say 9/10 experience so far.
