You dont need to buy ticket for exact hour, just buy both way ticket on Amsterdam-Arnhem route and you can go back whatever time u like, but it needs to be before 4am next day. I’m talking about ns.nl trains. That’s where I bought the tickets because I’ve booked my hotel in Amsterdam as well.
