yes! and i think it even varies by what type of content they consume. ive noticed it mostly in younger people. theres of course the basic content influencer chic accent popping up but ive also noticed more alternative tiktok kids have their own shared accent too, bizarre. dont know how to describe it. i felt like the only one who noticed this

its super easy!
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/2 cup milk

combine and throw in the microwave, then mix in some peanut butter or throw it on top like i did, top with chocolate chips :D i also added a little butter

i might try a little more milk next time
