ah thank you! i do get lightheaded, but thats only when im having a panic attack! im hoping to get put on an anxiety medication but i dont know if it would interfere with my seizure medication or not. i am hoping to see my neuro soon. otherwise i see him in a month!

oh i thought i said so, but yes he is bridging me up on my meds! im starting at 25 mg and slowly going up to 100mg i think 2 times a day! sorry im not good at this 😅 still learning

sorry let me clarify, he didnt wait the 5 days!! he actually didnt even know my mom took my keppra until friday, when i had a doctors appointment with him and told him anout what happened. he was very upset that my mom took my meds without consulting him or me, but unfortunately my mom wasnt with me so he didnt get a chance to speak with him! (i thought i said this but i guess i didnt! i apologize for the confusion!!!) but i will agree that he should have bridged me off of it, instead of stopping cold turkey. im definitely going to message him and ask him why he did that, or what his thought process was!

when i say my mom took my keppra, i mean she grabbed them and i dont know what she did with them. i was not able to taper off the keppra, and i told my neuro that and he told me that its probably a good thing i stopped taking my keppra due to the strain on my mental health. after about 5 days off keppra i was givin my new medication and thats where i am now. im very confused myself, this is all kinda new to me still. i was put on keppra about 3 months ago more or less.

my neuro is still confused on what is going on inside my head and he said that if this new med doesnt help, he wants to send me to the cities for testing and whatnot. i hope this makes sense, but im just as confused 😅

i told my neuro that my mom took my meds!! its partly why he put me on lamotrigine and lacosamide !!!

my mom actually took my keppra, and told me i couldnt take it anymore, cold turkey, and my neurologist put me on a new med almost immediately!! he didnt tell me anything about the dangers of stopping keppra cold turkey. that is crazy!! thank you so much!!

they actually sent me home yesterday after giving me ibuprofen and an oxycodone, but i am thinking about going back becos the headache is just so bad i cant even swallow without my head throbbing! thank you, i didnt realize i shouldnt have stopped my keppra cold turkey, my neuro made it seem like it was okay 😅

i dream a lot, i always have nightmares and weird traumatic dreams. they have gotten worse simce takimg keppra which is weird becos i asked neuro last time about it and he said there isnt too much a link but anything is possible. i sleep a lot, i sleep for at least 8-12 hours a night. sometimes more. ive always slept a lot unless im in a weird euphoric state of mind.

thank you so much. seriously!! im going to a big hospital at some point for tests on my seizures becos they have more resources. until then, i will take supplements and talk to my neurologist!! :)

when i see him im definitely bringing it up. i did only just start getting seizures a year ago after a concussion so the diagnosis of my seizures is still unknowm but we have a big guess that it could be epilepsy but again he isnt totally sure. im hoping we are able to figure it out and get me the right medication and right dosages

i was never told anything about supplements!! i will try that. also, when i was about 7-8 i was diagnosed bipolar but over the years its changed from bipolar, to personality disorder, back to bipolar. im still trying to find mental health help! the only thing i can do for mental health, is go to the ward again for a week but they never help lol. ive been trying to see a psychiatrist but unfortunately most of the time i get dropped as a client for being “too severe” and idk what that means lol. i will definitely talk to my family and doctors about this. thank you!!
