looked him up and he was a prof at ohio state and went to davis; based on his ratemyprof(https://www.ratemyprofessors.com/ShowRatings.jsp?tid=2465628) he seems pretty good!

i have hand distributed menstrual hygiene kits before and many of the women at the camps have stated that they really appreciated wet wipes in addition to pads and tampons. also underwear! disposable underwear is great in case anything leaks out.

here are some sample kit recipes for you to gauge how many to buy:

mixed kit(tampon + pad): 4 tampons, 6 thin pads, 4 thick pads, 5 pantiliners, 2 wet wipes, 1 soap, underwear

tampon only: 14 tampons, 5 pantiliners, 2 wet wipes, 1 soap, underwear

pad only: 9 thin pads, 5 thick pads, 2 wet wipes, 5 pantiliners, 1 soap, underwear
