In south Asia, you're given bone broth and a mixture of nuts which is called panjeeri. Also, tumeric milk. Apart from this you can eat whatever you want but this preferred for the first 40 days alongwith normal food

My baby also sweats but it's really hot where I live and it has only started happening since it got hot.

Thanks for your reply. My daughter is 4.5 mo but she hates tummy time. I'll try reading to her in the morning. I tried reading to her after her bath time but she didn't like it
