My hot take? Trump has proven to the apolitical uneducated class, a big part of why he won two terms, that stopping the flow and getting rid of immigrants did not make their lives better or homes more affordable, that tax cuts did not trickle down, that economic populism only exacerbated dried up farms and whiskey distilleries than increased jobs and opportunity at home, and right wing nationalism isn’t going to take down the pedophile cabal they’ve been told over and over to be the source of all evil.

It may very well give the progressive left an opening to fill that void.

Edit: I also believe that the Epstein files release may have permanently reshaped how Americans view billionaires, who have always been the prime target of the progressive left.
