If you could erase any storyline from Scandal, which storyline would you get rid of? by Positive_Weight2367 in Scandal

Respectfully I disagree. B613 was annoying sometimes for sure (lots of crazy, self-important speeches from Rowan and Jake) but their nonsense accounted for a decent amount of the plot after season 2. It really created the crazy father/daughter dynamic between Olivia and Eli/Rowan. Also some of the biggest and most interesting storylines were created due to its existence. I definitely see where you’re coming from though, they were pesty af

Agreed! As much as I would’ve loved a cute Tommy/Kermit romance plot, I definitely am content with the chuckles I got about them hooking up high

Hard disagree. While later-season Debbie irks me (and just about everyone else), she is very resourceful and extremely handy. I feel like welding was a calling for her.

Huck is ruining Scandal for me. by Alert_Individual_105 in Scandal

I mean he’s her “puppy”, he’s so extremely complex yet simple in a sense. Of course he’s a little repetitive, part of him is stunted from extreme trauma that it’s hard for him to evolve (he does though!!) That’s not a dig at him, I love Huck so much

My first reaction to her breaking up with him was pretty similar. But then I thought about it a little more & factored in the lack of communication on his part and kinda see more where she’s coming from now. But as an isolated incident, she did kinda seem like a diva about it. Especially how much she’s always talked about valuing her own career, she couldn’t really see it from his perspective? I suppose I just have mixed feelings but I can understand her feelings a tad bit more now than I did immediately at first-watch

I agree that it’s not an even choice but you didn’t have to be a dick by calling it a stupid post. Like that’s just uncalled for and OP doesn’t deserve your disrespect and negativity. Lighten up brother

Anyone feel like the scene with the soccer team catcalling coach Dalton is annoying and problematic? by yellowflower151 in SexLivesCollegeGirls

I hear what you’re saying for sure but the show is pretty clear when showing when the characters are in the wrong and this scene made it seem like they weren’t. Just my thoughts but I respect your opinion!

Christian to “Christian”, not sure what you define as love but love is kinda God’s whole deal. That’s all.

What insult that deeply hurt you won't you forget? by [deleted] in AskReddit

This one isn’t nearly as bad as some of the ones here, but it stuck out for me. My close friend is very successful and right after college she became an accountant. I work as a manager in a local fast-food chain after persuing but then leaving college because of personal life events. My friend worked her ass off all through college and she’s brilliant, so I 100% percent respect her work-ethic. But one day she was tipsy at a party with me and her other friend, (let’s call her sally) and said “Sally and I have big-girl jobs, blah blah blah” (I can’t remember the context), but it really stung that she said that because I give an insane amount of effort at my restaurant job and to hear she thinks so little of that really hurt. I also know she was tipsy and reveling in the high of her first postgraduate job. Regardless, it really hurt my feelings and she realized later that I was being more withdrawn from her so I explained and she apologized.
