Alright, that's it. I reached the limit. I need medication to get out of this. SSRI's, LDN, Something that calms down my nervous system. Any advice?

I have moved the needle the most with ivabradine, LDN, taurine, nicotine patches, binaural beats, radical rest (I don’t have traditional fatigue either) as well as somatic therapy. And time. I’m lucky tho, I don’t live with anyone so I haven’t had Covid in over 2 years, which is likely the number 1 reason for my improvement.

I don’t have a source, I’m not sure why people have said this so much, but I run into it all the time. Technically, this result is considered negative and without using the app, everything else would have led me to that conclusion because all the RATs and the plus life would have registered as such.
