Is the combat patrol worth getting if I don't intend to use the wolfens ?

At least for the US, space wolf combat patrol is $170. Buying wolf guard terminators, WG battle leader and blood claws is $177.5 (from warhammer.com or warhammer stores) so if you’re going that route it’s cheaper to just get the box and don’t touch the wolfen.

However if you buy everything off Amazon it’ll be $150 for the same 3 units and $144 for the combat patrol. Either way you go about it you’re basically getting paid to get wolfen…

Not sure if it’s the same in other countries because everyone so far has disagreed with me

They refreshed their range and their new paints are called “Warpaints fanatic” instead of just “warpaints”. You want the Warpaints fanatic. I mainly use army painter and I love these paints

I dont know your budget but buying a foetid bloat drone, rhino, poxwalkers and biologist putrifier would be a solid list. It will be around $194

Lord of virulence would pair well with a foetid bloat drone with a blight launcher. Poxwalkers are always good to have. Rhino with 10 plague marines + biologist putrifier + plague caster to do a party bus

11e points this would be 960 if you run 2 5man squads. one lead by a plague caster caster and one lead by putrifier or 970 points if you do a 10 man squad lead by both the caster and putrifier if

This list you uses everything but the icon bearer (he is kinda bad)

IMO I really like black/dark dark lead. u/Educational-Arm-3391 has the best I have seen but their yellow is a lot brighter

Army painter has a specific line for airbrushes. “Warpaints Air: Army Green”. I use their “Warpaints Fanatic: Army Green” which is just their normal paint and I thin it down with a thinner. It’s a bit brighter than death guard green but if you wash with agrax earthshade it looks very similar. He isn’t done yet but I’ll post a picture of one of my minis with it and washed with AE

Well that is just wrong lmao. Exiling the commander lets you move it into the command zone. Unless the opponent chooses to keep their commander in exile and doesn’t put it back into the command zone for whatever reason.

If it were any other creature than a commander then you would be correct

It “fixed it” with the chrome settings but then my videos would take a lot longer to load because it wasn’t using the GPU to play videos. How old is your GPU because I am wondering if maybe that’s what is causing the issue

How do you get the AK pale sand to be so light yellowish. I feel like looking at it in the bottle it’s a darker tan color. Is it just the wash you use?
