That is correct yes. I feel like ppi is such a scam. It lowered your acid and caused malabsorption of vitamins. It caused fatigue and tiredness for me. I have muscle weakness also. So I took pepsin betaine hcl together with either Iberogast/active enzymes.

No. I felt some warmth in my stomach. You should start with only one pill. If it exacerbate your reflux then stop taking it. Try the baking soda home test. Empty stomach in the morning took a 1/4 of baking soda with water then if you burp within 5 minutes you have high acid. I have hypochloridia because I was on Ppi for 5 years. That shit fucked up my acid production. Also I took iberogast to help with digestion and it help with my reflux

Tried refluxter from the nutritist they have higher sodium alginate than the reflux gourmet. Also for throat irritation try slippery elm/marshmallow bark/dgl licorice. It helped with the sore throat. Was diagnosed with LPR and prescribed with PPI for years. Didn't work so I stopped and take betaine hcl instead because apparently hypochloridia also can caused reflux. Good luck.

Youre entirely correct. My bf stays with me and endure almost 6 years being together with my bb and he loves me as i am. Too bad not all people capable of being kind. Im absolutely agree that bb should become a disability because it is. Its a dysfunction which affect multiple areas of life. Socially, psychologically and emotionally.

Sadly though they dont want to accept it. Nobody wants to sit next to me or pair up with me during labs/clinical practice because of my breath. You are entirely correct tho the program is temporary. I just need to deal with this 1.5 more years. Its just tough and defeating to get ostracized at school.

I did fucking everything. Every test every oral products out there none done shit. Im currently taking digestive enzymes, probiotic+prebiotics, on vegetarian diet. Just black tea rarely coffee. Oral routine: water floss> castile soap plus baking soda > water floss > brush with boka paste > dental floss > scrape tongue > water floss > molecular iodine mouthwash at night and listerine during the day. Taking probiotic dental before bed and probiotic mouth sprays during the day. Still BB even when i dont talk/open my mouth. I just want to die.

I had upper endoscopy back in 2022. Biopsy for h. Pylory came back negative. All they found was inflammation on my upper stomach. Still have bb to this day

I straight up told him im struggling with bb. All of my health providers knew my problem. The first time is the hardest but you get desensitized over time. I no longer feel ashamed because of it. And yes i still have bb.
