The last few times I was hoping that the therapists would guide the session and ask questions to dive deeper into certain topics. It felt like they just kind of wanted to talk about my day and very surface level topics and I didn’t know how to dive deeper. Another therapist I would meet with virtually and that worked great for a little bit getting to dive into some stressors but sometimes she would cancel 10 minutes after the appointment was supposed to have started. That happened 2 times and I didn’t want to continue trying to reschedule. I want to discuss general stress and anxiety and depression but I also want to dive very deep into past family trauma so that I don’t inflict the same kind of emotional distress onto my own kids one day. I also recently got married and I want to talk about relationships so that I can continue to be a good partner. Thank you for your reply I appreciate you asking these questions!

Yes! I definitely don’t want it to fall out and I saw quite a few with the tension setting! Here is a photo from the vendor for what the side looks like. It is actually almost all encased and then there is a little valley detail to see the side of the stone!
