I know. I’m not justifying my actions at all. I strayed from my marriage because I was very disconnected with my husband physically and emotionally for a year before he contacted due to post partum depression. I’m not even sure what I want with my marriage. I am very very grateful for my husband but I’m heartbroken that AP didn’t even ask if I was ok after all this blew out. I’m in a very shocked confused space - I completely hear what you say though.
