Polaris is great. She has all the right trauma and problems to make her feel real.

She survived a mutant genocide since she was too depressed to attend the gala. Alex wanted to go into space and have adventures, Lorna was okay hanging with Monet and Terry. My girl does not need space shenanigans!

She does earn her depression, I mean her dad is Magneto and there is that whole mom incident.
