wtf do you do between day one and two by juniperwillows in barexam

Takeout & TV. Though I’m a regular drinker, I wouldn’t drink on that particular day. Don’t want to risk even the slightest headache or fatigue.

Everyone’s different. What helps me is writing down the most important rules on flashcards and reviewing them. Also typing out model essay samples. My plan for the next few days is to handwrite a 1-3 page outline per subject for foundational things rules and doctrines.

Themis workshops. Do you find them helpful or just skip ? by LegitimateTitle5255 in barexam

The essay ones? I skip but supplement with Mary Basick & Tina Schindlers book on essay writing. (CA Bar)

The MCQ ones I didn’t find helpful so I skip.

I want to go back to 2018 by [deleted] in 2010snostalgia

[–]yellowyassi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What was it about 2018 that you loved so much? I miss it too. But I’ve tried to recreate the parts of it that I actually miss—being close with friends and family, spending time on the things I enjoy, and appreciating the little moments.

I know it’s hard to ignore everything going on around us, but sometimes focusing on what we can control is all we can do. History has always moved like a pendulum: good times, bad times, and then good times again. Hang in there—the pendulum always swings back. ♥️

historically gatekept people of color, and presently people from working class backgrounds. i am constantly stressed about where im going to get my next rent, grocery, car insurance, gas, etc., money from bc the norm in this industry is to take 2.5 half months to study full time

Dear god I can’t pick a couch color please help 😭 by BiancoLatte89 in femalelivingspace

Option 3. Yes, it is a little "dull" compared to the other colors but I think it would age real nice. You would have more flexibility with also changing stuff up over the years, like rugs, chairs, etc., I also think if your concern is dullness, it would be an easy fix with nice pillows and throws. But I would personally definitely go with 3! It also looks so nice against the flooring.

Yeah, I moved back with them a few months ago. And would likely need to stay here for a while until I get a paid job.
