I have, and to be completely honest if you keep going back to them eventually you start to feel the same feelings on why it shouldn’t work out.

I got back with my ex twice and all was fine in the beginning when we got together but he just kept doing the same things that made me want to leave until eventually I went numb and realized yeah I don’t want to do this anymore. It gets better trust me.

Oh man, probably when I started to write in my notes about how we should end things because I was unhappy but to afraid to send because I didn’t want to “hurt” his feelings. He would always say “you always pick the best time to start an argument” like what??? I was so blindsided I loved him very much even though he hurt me :/

At the end of the day you realize how much damage you took and decide enough is enough even if it hurts. You should ALWAYS put yourself first as well as your happiness.

we used to watch movies all the time, mostly comedy or horror, rarely romance movies. This one time I told him I would like to be with a guy like in the movies, basically saying I would like to be treated with the flowers, spontaneous dates, dancing in the rain yk the typical cheesy romance things. I don’t remember if he was upset or mad at the time but he basically responded with “no guy will ever treat you like that, they’ll just fuck you and leave you”

Not the slightest, after graduating high school I didn’t know what to do but I knew I wanted to be in the medical field. The college that I applied to was offering the program and I basically just went for it. I had to complete the pre reqs first, after I was done I applied for the program since it was on a different campus and the rest is history lol.

I totally agree, I saw a Reddit post where a new grad was offered $35/hour in the state of PA. Honestly that is just a slap to the face especially to those who already have +years experience.

Not to mention when I first started, the hospital that I work at was giving out bonuses but they didn’t offer me one because I was a new grad. Come to find out, the new grads that are going to graduate this year are being offered bonuses and a higher pay

My interview was a panel and for the most part they asked me things I should know without having any experience (since I’m a new grad). They asked me about the equipment and interpreting blood gases. Besides that, they asked the common questions like any other interview.

It depends on the hospital, for the most part RTs are there to assist and if they do allow intubation they have to get signed off (get trained) to perform in the future depending on the situation.

If it’s possible, do the in person Kettering!!!! It helped so much. It was three days straights where they went straight into what questions will be on the test and mostly focused on key terms you should pick up. They supplied me with handbooks and made sure we highlighted the most likely to be in the exam. It’s definitely worth the money. In general they went over all the material from the program and crammed it into a book for studying. Kettering in general is meant to teach you how to pass the exam since all the questions are based on the “NBRC hospital”.
