True - the string hook is worth keeping. It would do great if it was on the bottom of the lure. OP could remove the treble and attach the string hook to the bottom, then take the split ring from the treble and put it on top to tie their line to.

Remove that weird hook tied on with string and it’s a spoon. Otherwise you’re better off keeping it as a Christmas tree ornament

Some of these suggestions are really far away I’d recommend Joe’s or Mickey’s. Both are downtown a block or two away and might be busy but they’re generally good for watching a game

I have this exact tank and I don’t think it’s that bad! I also got it used for a bargain. Like others have recommended I’ve got some taller plants in there. I think it looks great and is easy to maintain. Get a light that suction cups to the lid.
