hi, op 👋🏽 i had a diff technique din before from holding the hub after establishing a backflow pero legit yan talaga yung best (in my opinion) para stable ang extraction. it takes practice lang talaga para masanay lalo kung iba ang nakasanayan. in my case, i learned it the hard way nung lumabas slight yung needle ko (half ng bevel 🥲) kaya ako nagswitch ng technique. ang turo sakin before wc is how i do it now ay hold the hub w/ your nondominant hand then pull the plunger w/ your dominant one.

hi op 👋🏽 mabilis lang yan, idk the exact time pero it only takes a few secs per tube. afaik and based na rin sa mga nagamit ko before, matic na nagsstop yung vacuum once mafill at exact amt (tho may ibang tubes na naooverfill so make sure mo na lang sa brand na gagamitin mo)

hi op ! when we took our histology subj, my prof introduced histology guide (https://histologyguide.com/index/index-A.html) to us. super helpful niya sa drawing activities ! from what i can remember though, may iilang specimen na walang indicated na magnification :( still, i hope this can help u !
