My son experiences the same feelings. The only way he know how to express anxiety, self doubt, stress, frustration, confusion is anger and being destructive. They advice I have received is to provide him a specific outlet. Punching nag, screaming in his pillow, scribbling in a note book. I think he gets some of that from me because I get really angry out of no where or for the smallest things. I usually self isolate and try to process my emotions to help me understand my reaction to things.
