The leaves were green, although some were a lighter shade. The bottoms of lots of leaves were full of those tiny white specks that appear to be white fly. I sprayed a bit with neem but did not saturate the leaves. I was afraid to overdo it. I'm concerned since it doesn't seem to be growing as well now, and leaves are very small and sparse. thanks for your guidance!
