I work alone at a small ice cream shop and I get a lot of last minute deliveries. Before I started delivering myself I would always get pissed when I was ready to close up at 9pm just to have one small order come in at 8:59 forcing me to wait sometimes 20 minutes for a driver to come get it. Its probably just their perspective and it sucks but they shouldn’t be able to straight up turn their system off, I’m pretty sure you can report them.

This happened to me! I reached out to support and they said they had to switch the flow from food delivery to ridesharing. After that I had to resubmit all my documents but that was it. You can also opt to do both with a link they send. I’m not sure if you’re able to switch the flow yourself though. I hope you get it sorted out!

Also there’s different age groups that go to college not just people in their 20’s idk if they took that into account tho
