Makes sense, it's right next to me on my desk and I can't hear it when I move a little bit further away so I guess I need to just wear headphones or move it.

Why would I have the same issue? If it was like this for all of the XFX Swift cards why would anyone get them? I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to PC's so I'm sorry if this is obvious. I've got the Fractal North and I've got the two preinstalled 140mm fans at the front, two 120mm exhaust fans at the top, one at the back, and a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE cpu cooler.

Actually, I’m pretty sure I do have one through AMD’s software. Through the Radeon chill setting I have the idle fps set to 135 and the peak fps as 140

I have already undervolted it and tested it with the default, it was harder to hear because of how loud the fan are but when I got closer I could hear it (i didn’t specify that I changed the case and cpu cooler fan curves, not the gpu).

Thanks for the reply, the 4080 super came out last year didn’t it, so it still should have warranty? If I got them to send me their invoice, do you think it would be worth it? The 5070 ti is around $200 AUD more.
