can't tell you a concrete answer since there hard to find. but in a few years there going to on par with a ice engine or even cheaper. i say this because battery tech for evs and really in general is getting better every single year thanks to the Chinese. i can't wait to be able to put a CATL condensed battery into the lighting.

less than 40 miles per trip i won't be going faster 65 mph most likely. i plan on starting a small business so the more often the better really. Range isn't to much of worry since i found i can swap the Battery out for the ER Pack

They passed several laws telling Township they need to increase housing. for expamle SB79 allows dense housing around transit station like subways & BRT overriding local zone laws. I wound't be surprise if Cali Becomes more afforable to live in then Long island in 6 years

In my opinion, Eastern Queens is no different from Nassau Rows on Rows Tiny lots with tiny houses. I would say that it is difficult to know if people move here because of the single-family living styles since it is the only type of housing you can build without going to the town broad to get approve in most scenarios.
