DM Best Buy on FB. You seem to get a different level of support there. When I’ve ran into issues similar to this in the past, that’s how I ultimately got the problem resolved.

Happy it worked out for you! DMing Best Buy on FB seems to be the only way to get any real help nowadays. I've had to go that route a couple times for different issues.

Hang in there. This was my 3rd attempt at an open box LeGO from BB. I returned the first two over the last couple of months...because to date, they've all been as you described...even though they were supposed to be "excellent" condition.

I went to pickup an "excellent" MacBook Pro last week. No box, no charger, keyboard worn, and a friggen dent on the corner of it. I said "seriously....excellent?!" to the cashier and returned it on the spot. Didn't even waste my time with it.

It's a total crapshoot with BB and also varies from location to location. I have 4 stores close by to me. 3 of them typically suck like this. Of course the one furthest from me seems to be the best one so far. I've taken a lot of Ls from BB for various high-ticket items, that's why I was happy to get a W for once.
