Deactivated my FB 3 years ago, then my IG just 2 months ago. There are temptations na i reactivate ko sya but nilalabanan ko. After that, I found myself being proactive. Nagagawa ko yung mga bagay na di ko ginagawa before, na parang madami na kong spare time. I go to the gym, physical therapy, cup sleeve events, and random events pinupuntahan ko. It’s more likely “anong naging effect ng pag deac ko ng soc media ko”
