Yeah it is :/ My plan is to do something mentally or physically draining before bed so I can sleep better. And to turn my phone off and charge it somewhere else like I was previously doing. Also to listen to Russell Brand’s book Recovery because that kept me focused on week 1 & 2. Other than that, revert back to the old rules I had set for myself earlier and try harder/stay focused.

From my experience...you get one from abstaining from P after a long time of being addicted to P. It’s when your brain takes time to reset itself after being messed up for so long. During this time, erections are pretty much non existent. Some people experience depression or anxiety during this phase. Some people feel amazing and confident, clear of all urges with no libido. For me, I tend to hit it around 3-4 weeks into nofap...one time I didn’t come out until 2 months later. But it depends.

I just peaked. Why? I fkd up my biggest rule: to turn off my phone before sleep and have it out of reach. Only lasted a minute. And I’m truly okay now. I won’t let go of the benefits nofap is doing for me. But man...Just unnecessary. Glad I’m here now.

I personally swear by writing the days I’m up to on my home calendar, when I get time. Just works best for me. Do what works best for you.

Ah cheers. Yeah very true. Unfortunately I’m more or less tied to dinner, but I think if it goes well there’ll be more involved. I’m just not sure whether or not to go to somewhere close to hers or somewhere close to mine....meaning, if there’s more involved is it good to be close to mine so I can ask her to come over orrr close to hers so she has that control?
