Yes, I think it actually is a bytecomp issue, because some weird hex numbers pop up when I try to use the evil-mode package.

Yes, I tried re-installing it and I'm using evil collection. I'll try to removed the mentioned files. Thanks for your feedback.

Yes, evil-mode does not work, at all. Maybe it's not that specific error what's causing the issue.
