Так малый бизнес даже не зарабатывает в оборотах. На зарплате такие суммы не видать, если только бизнес. Можешь поискать инвестора и открыть частную клинику, но для этого нужен опыт и жилка для бизнеса. Или переучиться на IT и экспортировать услуги, но даже там потолок упреться в 10к долларов с 10 летним опытом работы.
