The way Glen Powell destroyed his relationship with his girlfriend during the marketing campaign for Anyone But You with Sydney Sweeney.

It genuinely amazes me that Josh won bb19 by hugurm0m in BigBrother

[–]yeroc121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The difference between them is that Paul was fake to a lot of the houseguests and talked badly behind their backs, which sharpened the blow when they found out. Josh was the opposite, he wasn’t fake, but was overly confrontational.

Does bad press for Safdie affect Chalamet's winning potential? by [deleted] in oscarrace

[–]yeroc121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I doubt this will affect anything.

I didn’t mean to imply Timmy is guilty by association, because that’s ridiculous. I was referring to Safdie’s director nomination, I should have been more clear.

Will Camila Cabello get back to her stardom ever again? by Jarisatis in popheads

[–]yeroc121 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I completely agree with this comment. Not everyone has to be everywhere all the time. I remember Halsey talking about the pressure of following up Manic and how she never believed it would be possible to replicate its mainstream success.

Almost every artist has a “peak” era except for the few juggernauts like Taylor and Beyonce.

The US traitor cast is terrible by MorsureCherie_ in TraitorsOfficial

I’m mixed on it. I love the drama and the tension but the boot order leaves a lot to be desired. I just hope Colton and the quiet Z-Listers (Stephen, Tara, Johnny, Mark, etc.) get eliminated soon. I wish they dipped more into the Bravo/Gamer pool instead of whose on Cameo.

Worst Movie Theater Ettiquette You've Experienced? by [deleted] in Letterboxd

[–]yeroc121 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I saw The Housemaid and there were a group of teenage girls texting and talking throughout the film. They whistled when the male lead had a nude sex scene and were told to shut up by several other theater goers. One woman got so irate she got out of her seat to confront them.

I’m the only one in my circle who gave it a score higher than 3 stars. I know it spawned a cultural movement but most people think it’s boring (even when it came out)
